The booking process
We have some great restaurants and offers that you can book online. It is free for you to register and make online reservations and below is an outline of how the booking process works:
Finding a restaurant
It's very easy to search through auctions on the site. You can either find them using our search feature, or simply click on the 'Book-restaurant' tab at the top of the page.
When you have found a restaurant you would like to book, click on its link to find out more information about the venue and details of any offers. The venue details page is laid out with the restaurant address and navigation on the left hand side of the page, the restaurant details and photos in the middle of the page and the booking panel on the right hand side of the page with any offer details (if available).

Making a standard booking
Once you have found a restaurant you would like to book:
- Select your preferred date of dining from the calender on the right hand side
- Enter the number of people dining and select and occasion (if any) and click the continue button
- Select the menu you would like to book, OR select 'Make a reservation' if you would like to choose your menu at the restaurant
- Select the time for your reservation and click the continue button
- If the restaurant has any extras available, you can select these from the list and click the continue button
- Login (if you have not already done so) and enter the name of the diner along with a contact number. This is required in case the restaurant needs to call you regarding your reservation.
- Dependent on availability at the restaurant, you will either see a button that says 'Submit Enquiry', or a button that says 'Book Now'. The 'Submit Enquiry' button will make a pending reservation which must be confirmed by the restaurant, whereas the 'Book Now' button will make an instant confirmed reservation. If your reservation is pending, you can track it by going to the Bookings page in your account.
Booking a special offer
We run a range of special promotions with our partner restaurants and restaurants running such promotions will be highlighted with a 'Special Offer' icon. In order to find out more details of the offer, click on the icon and you can view all the promotions for that restaurant in the Special Offers panel on the right side of the page.
The procedure to make a reservation is the same as above, however please select the special offer you would like to book instead of choosing a menu to book.
Book an auction win
Any auctions you have won can also be booked online (subject to availability). In order to book an auction win online:
- Go to your 'Bids, Wins and Vouchers' page in your profile and click the 'Book Now' button next to the auction you have won
- You can also book an auction win by going to the restaurant booking page directly and entering the listing number of your auction win after selecting your preferred date of dining from the calendar
- The rest of the booking process is the same as making a standard reservation, however any booking you make for an auction win will be a pending booking and will need final confirmation from the restaurant
- Please note that some restaurants cannot be booked online - in such cases, a phone number for the restaurant will be shown that you can call to make your reservation
